At Xelly Beauty, we want you to be happy with your order. Not completely satisfied? We make the return process clear and straightforward.

Return period

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:
• the product must be unused
• it must be in its original condition
• and, where possible, in its original packaging

Requesting a cancellation, withdrawal or return

Use the button at the top of this page and log in with the email address used for your order. Select the order and submit your request. Your customer account will show the available options for that order.

After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation by email and further return instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that were not registered in advance.

Return costs

We charge €5.95 for the return label and processing. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or incorrect product?

Please check your order immediately after receipt. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve this properly and promptly.

Exceptions

Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the amount minus €5.95 return costs will be refunded to the original payment method within a few working days. Banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
