Returns & Refunds
At Xelly Beauty, we want you to be happy with your order. Not completely satisfied? That's understandable. We make sure that returns are clear and easy.
Return Period
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
• the product must be unused
• be in its original condition
• and, if possible, in its original packaging
Registering a Return
Do you want to return a product? Please contact us first via our contact page.
After your registration, we will send you further instructions for returning your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that have not been registered in advance.
Return Costs
We charge €3.95 for processing a return. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
This allows us to fairly cover the costs of the return label and processing.
Received a Damaged or Wrong Product?
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Have you received a damaged or wrong product? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will, of course, resolve this properly and quickly for you.
Exceptions
For hygienic reasons, opened or used make-up products cannot be returned.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the approval of the refund.
Upon approval, the amount, minus €3.95 return costs, will be refunded within a few business days via the original payment method. Please note that banks or payment providers may have additional processing time.
